Will remote working become the new norm?

Is it the end of the office? Such a working model is sustainable, says Beyond Communication, which has operated as a satellite agency for over 20 years.

At Beyond we have operated as a satellite agency since our inception. It has served us and our clients exceptionally well. Not just economically but when you eliminate long office commutes and maintain a strong network of reliable and committed staff – remote working goes in our favour. It also provides a wider pool of staff to consider when roles become available. Funmi Johnson, Senior Project Manager at Beyond Communication, testifies to this:

“When considering my return ship to healthcare communications, I needed a role with flexible hours and that was 100% remote-based to enable me to care for my family and home. Working at Beyond Communication made this achievable. All employees are 100% home-based and span the UK, Belgium and The Netherlands. Despite our cultural differences, time zones and personal commitments, I am considered an asset because my worth is acknowledged and my team and I respect that of each other and more importantly we work well together. And I can achieve this all from the comfort of my own home!”
